Mental Health Counseling
Caregivers/Families are critical to the work with children/teens and are an essential part of treatment. My approach to therapy with youth always integrates joint child-caregiver sessions and/or caregiver-only sessions. These sessions focus on building awareness, skills, and development of your role as a primary support in your child's life.

Occupational Therapy Services
Occupational Therapy services are offered for children (3+)/youth and families who have or are at risk of having difficulty participating in activities of daily living. These delays or challenges may be related to social/emotional, adaptive behavioral, feeding/eating, academic, physical (sensory/motor), cognitive, or communication needs.
Occupational therapy services are designed to promote healthy childhood development through assisting with individual and environmental supports/services.
